YouTube data comes out through Google Takeout, which can export every video you have uploaded along with your other Google data. Single videos download from YouTube Studio.
Format
Zip or Tgz archives; videos in their original format or MP4
Wait
A few minutes to a few days; most people get it the same day
An export is a folder of files you have to dig through. In Feedmirror you can save public YouTube links as private references and upload your originals to a private library where videos play and images open.
History import from connected Instagram and Facebook accounts
Uploads up to 250 MB each: video, audio, images, PDF and text
Public YouTube and TikTok links kept as private references
Export your whole library as a ZIP whenever you want
Feedmirror does not open the export file from YouTube. Unzip it and upload the originals you want to keep.
Check whether your channel is linked to a Brand Account. Sign in to the associated Google Account and switch to the Brand Account that uploaded the videos.
Can I download just one video?
Yes, from YouTube Studio: select Content in the left panel, pick the video, open the menu and select Download. You get an MP4 at 720p or 360p, up to five times a day.
How long do I have to download the archive?
Archives expire after about 7 days, and each one can be downloaded 5 times.
Can I do this on my phone?
Google recommends downloading and viewing Takeout exports from a desktop computer, not a mobile device.
Can Takeout repeat on a schedule?
Yes. Scheduled exports create an archive of the data you selected every 2 months for one year.
