Your content is yours. This Privacy Policy explains what information Feedmirror collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
- Account data: name, email, password hash and plan.
- Connected platforms: OAuth tokens, scopes and the metadata needed to back up and publish content you authorize.
- Backed-up content: the files you upload or import, with their titles, captions, source links and dates.
- Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, device and browser info and IP address, for security and product improvement.
- Payment data: handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
2. How we use it
- To operate the Service: back up, index, play back and export your content for you.
- To run assistant actions you request, such as summaries, search and drafts, on the content you choose.
- To communicate service updates, security notices and, if you opt in, product news.
- To prevent abuse and fraud and protect the integrity of the Service.
- To improve Feedmirror based on aggregated usage patterns.
4. Where your content is stored
Backups are kept in private storage operated by our cloud storage providers. Workspace membership is checked before every preview, download and export. Storing originals in your own bucket is not available yet.
5. Retention
We keep your account and backups as long as your account is active. When a plan ends you have 30 days to export your archive before it is deleted. After account deletion we retain data for a short grace period so you can recover if needed, then permanently delete it from production systems. Copies may persist in encrypted, rotating backups for a limited period.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. You can exercise most of these rights directly from your account settings, including a full export of your archive as a ZIP.

8. Security
We encrypt data in transit (TLS) and at rest where applicable, use least-privilege access controls for staff, and run automated security monitoring. End-to-end encryption is not available yet. No system is perfectly secure; if we detect an incident affecting your data, we will notify you promptly.
9. Children
Feedmirror is not intended for users under 16. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 16 without parental consent, we will delete it.
10. International transfers
Feedmirror is operated globally. By using the Service you consent to your data being processed in countries other than your own, with appropriate safeguards in place.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email before they take effect.
