What you get
Inside your Facebook data
Included
Content and information you have shared, your activity and information Facebook collects
HTML: a ZIP file with an index file you open in your browser
JSON: a machine readable copy that is easier to move to another service
Media at the quality you choose, for the date range you set
Not included
Ads information from additional profiles, which only comes with your main profile export
Profiles that are deactivated or scheduled for deletion, until you reactivate or cancel the deletion
An export is a snapshot: it takes days to arrive, the link expires, and it is out of date the next time you post. Connect your Facebook account to Feedmirror instead and your posts are copied automatically, every hour, day, week or month, into a private library where videos play and images open.
History import from your connected account
New posts copied every hour, day, week or month
Uploads up to 250 MB each: video, audio, images, PDF and text
Public YouTube and TikTok links kept as private references
Export your whole library as a ZIP whenever you want
